This guild exists to promote the study and instruction of the martial arts, European, Asian, and any other, as studied, taught, and transmitted throughout the Middle Ages and Renaissance. Martial combat of period has a rich tradition of teaching directed both at surviving fights (individual and melee), and also the demonstration of perfection of form, control of the body, and mastery of the fundamentals of combat.
